Reimbursement Navigation:
Help with exploring insurance coverage and financial assistance for your patient’s medication.
Home delivery:
Complimentary home delivery to dispense their medication.
1-on-1 Support:
Dedicated Servier Source Nurse Case Coordinators are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday (excluding Ontario statutory holidays).
Adherence Support:
Nurse Case Coordinators will provide ongoing support via phone calls and other touchpoints to help your patients adhere to their medication.
Getting started with Servier Source
Complete the enrolment form for your eligible patient and have them sign their consent

Your eligible patient will receive a call from a dedicated Servier Source Nurse Case Coordinator within 1-2 business days
Your eligible patient will receive help exploring insurance coverage and may be eligible for financial assistance
