Patient Profiles

Meet Roland* — a patient with previously treated metastatic CCA

Initial presentation1

  • 71-year-old Roland* presented with lymph node metastases that led to the detection of the primary tumour: an unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma
  • Genetic testing confirmed R132C mutation in IDH1
  • His ECOG PS is 1
  • He was previously treated with gemcitabine plus cisplatin but continued to experience progressive disease
